Panel positions change when sharing the dashboard

### What happened? After sharing the dashboard, the positions of individual panels were unexpectedly altered, contrary to the expected behavior where the panel positions should remain unchanged.    ### What did you expect to happen? I expect that sharing the dashboard should not impact the positions of individual panels. After performing the sharing operation, the positions of each panel should remain unchanged. ### Did this work before? I’m not sure. ### How do we reproduce it? 1. Click on the "Share Dashboard" button in the top left corner. 2. Select "Export" for external sharing. 3. Notice changes in the positions of some panels. ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? yes ### Environment (with versions)?
