Table: Hover overflow is hidden for last row of nested table

To reproduce: - go to edit the nested table in the Table Kitchen Sink gdev dashboard - disable cell inspect - reduce the width of the Info column as small as it will go, and sort the column so that "up fast" or "down fast" is in the last row. - hover the Info column's last row to see the clipped text. - click the cell and note how the row "pops up" to make the text visible. https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/85369e9a-bb66-42ed-8608-4fedfef89661 > [!NOTE] > This will either require some automatic scrolling or a rethink of the hover text feature.
