Setting "View" permission to a folder does not prevent alert rule editing

### What happened? I've set the following permissions: <img width="1259" height="308" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/bf0e0697-2cd8-4d40-98c7-660744e1814d" /> So that the "Editors" can not edit in a specific folder When connecting as an editor it works fine for Dashboards, the edit button is not visible. But for Alert Rules I can create a new Alert Rule in this folder, edit existing alert rules in this folder (the save is successful and the alert rule is really modified after refreshing the page) and add silences. According to the documentation https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/alerting/set-up/configure-rbac/access-folders/ it seems the permission should be applied to everything inside that folder: "It doesn’t matter which tab you’re on (Dashboards, Panels, or Alert rules); the folder permission you set applies to all." ### What did you expect to happen? I expect the edition button to not be visible, or at least fail when trying to save ### Did this work before? No idea ### How do we reproduce it? 1. As an admin set the View permission to role Editors for a specific folder 2. As an editor create an alert rule or edit an existing alert rule in this folder ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? _No response_ ### Environment (with versions)?
