Documentation feedback: clarify where field configs are set in node graph viz

in this page, in the [nodes dataframe](https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/panels-visualizations/visualizations/node-graph/#nodes-data-frame-structure) there is a reference to `config.displayName` and other config settings. it is not well explained where these are set 😒 I've been using the infinity datasource with the nodegraph visualisation and have spent two days with chatgpt and grok running me round in circles😵‍💫, so AI clearly hasnt been able to figure it out either. Please update the documentation to be clear where field configs are set. I eventually found field configs in the [Nodegraph API plugin](https://grafana.com/grafana/plugins/hamedkarbasi93-nodegraphapi-datasource/#:~:text=fields). where it states 3 end points are needed:fields,data,health and gives examples of the api payloads
