Dashboards: 'Export as code' invalid data

### What happened? 'Export as code' is providing invalid data https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/89b1d99d-98e7-4c39-a6c5-36ab14b4f62b The steps below summarise the attached video: - Download linux integration dashboards, then open one of the dashboards https://grafana.com/docs/grafana-cloud/monitor-infrastructure/integrations/integration-reference/integration-linux-node/ - Go to settings, 'JSON Model'. Clicking 'Save changes' works as expected - Use 'Export as code' and copy changes. Go back to 'JSON Model' and paste. Clicking 'Save changes' displays 'title cannot be empty' error ### What did you expect to happen? - 'Export as code' to provide valid data and be consistent with 'JSON Model' - When used with IAC, it creates an empty dashboard - presumably due to invalid data ### Did this work before? 'Export as code' worked for me in the past ### How do we reproduce it? Refer to provided video ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel? _No response_ ### Environment (with versions)?
