Dashboards : Legacy Provisioning Code Compatibility Error

### What happened? Legacy Provisioning Code Compatibility Error > When upgrading to version 12.3, we kept the dashboard provisioning code we were using in version 12.2 and enabled `GF_FEATURE_TOGGLES_ENABLE=dashboardNewLayouts`. I modified the provisioning JSON dashboard used in version 12.2 using Grafana's UI. After exporting the changes, I attempted to provision it in version 12.3(or 12.4). However, I encountered an issue where the dashboard contents could not be read. Then, I copied the code using the "Copy JSON to clipboard" button and pasted it into the existing provisioning JSON code to update the dashboard.
