Bar Chart: hidden series state is lost on tab change

### What happened? Hello Bar Chart doesn't seem to remember hidden series state after a tab change: https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/dce22cc9-66af-4b9c-99bc-b2f1fec1463e Trend is OK but I haven't tried other panel types to see if it's exclusively a Bar Chart issue. Thanks ### What did you expect to happen? Hidden series state should be remembered correctly. ### Did this work before? I don't know. ### How do we reproduce it? 1. Add a Bar Chart with multiple series 2. Hide a series and save 3. Change to another tab 4. Change back to tab with the Bar Chart 5. Previously hidden series will be visible 6. Refresh will correct things Note ctrl-clicking on the series in the legend at step 5 does not hide it again. A second ctrl-click will. ### Is the bug inside a dashboard panel?
