VSCode opens URL without user's permission

- VSCode Version: today's "insider build" (May 3, 2018) - OS Version: macOS Steps to Reproduce: 1. download today's insider build (May 3, 2018) 2. run it <!-- Launch with `code --disable-extensions` to check. --> Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: ? ----------- VSCode will open a URL and will pass some data to Microsoft's servers via GET parameters (I didn't catch what they were, the page immediately redirected to another one) without asking the user for permission to do so.
