editor.scrollbar.scrollByPage doesn't work correctly when Option-clicking (Mac)

Issue Type: <b>Bug</b> The new editor.scrollbar.scrollByPage set to true now works correctly (Mac) (thanks) when clicking in the elevator area of scroll bars. However, Option-clicking in the elevator should jump the thumbar to the clicked-on position according to normal Mac behavior. Currently (1.58), this does not happen but instead behaves as a normal click.
