Adjust auto-highlighting of the cursor position to the setting at select.

This works correctly for English text.  However, in Japanese and other languages that text where the word delimiter is not a space or symbol. So, the entire paragraph will be highlighted.  There is already an "editor.wordSeparators" setting for word selection. If you use this setting for highlighting words at the cursor position, it will work correctly for Japanese and other languages. So please use "editor.wordSeparators" for highlighting words at the cursor position as well.
