Improve action button text on Extension Bisect notification

Instead I wonder if something more like "That didn't work" would be more appropriate. We could also modify the other items to be more consistent in phrasing and casing e.g. - Good now -> That worked - This is bad -> That didn't work - Stop Bisect -> Stop bisect <img width="489" alt="CleanShot 2021-09-24 at 10 02 22@2x" src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/25163139/134714171-9b26fea4-3ded-4a05-9cd1-66698cad6dfd.png">
