Undo/Redo: consider to show global undo/redo as label in menu

Refs: #91248 I think we should indicate to the user that the next Undo or Redo triggers as global undo/redo by showing this in the Edit menu. E.g. `Undo (Rename)` and `Redo (Rename)`. I would not change the labels for operations that happened from user typing and not refactorings.
