Meta Mouse Cursor Mode

This feature request describes a new concept of the "meta mouse cursor mode". In this mode, the mouse cursor doesn't interact with the UI directly anymore, but shows information about the hovered/clicked UI element and offers options to change its appearance. The meta-mode intends to provide an intuitive and uniform way for the user to answer questions such as * What is the meaning of this UI element? What does its color mean? * Why is it shown? * How can its appearance be changed? (How to change its foreground/background color, how to hide it) This feature could replace the "Inspect token" feature. It could also replace various context menus to hide/show certain UI elements (such as minimap, status items, scrollbars etc.) It would also help users to figure out how to disable unicode highlighting or bracket pair colorization. Ideally you could use this concept to quickly change theme colors of abitrary elements. @isidorn @digitarald @misolori might be interested in this.
