VSCode opens the wrong folder in Windows 10 start menu when there are folders with the same name

Issue Type: <b>Bug</b> 1. Make a folder "foo" 2. Make a subfolder "baz" in "foo" 3. Make a folder "bar" 4. Make a subfolder "baz" in "bar" Example result: C:/foo/baz C:/bar/baz 5. Open both folders at least once in VSCode, doesn't matter how 6. Click start button 7. Type/Search for Visual Studio Code 8. Hover over either of "baz" folders in Recent folders and select it, e.g. foo/baz 9. Close VSCode 10. Click start button 11. Type/Search for Visual Studio Code 12.
