Advanced wrapping strategy causes hangs for larger files

Launch VSCode with extensions disabled, word wrap enabled, and advanced wrapping strategy enabled. 1. Open 10MB .txt file (80,000 lines). 2. Wait for 1 minute 15 seconds and two "keep waiting" prompts. <!-- 🔧 Launch with `code --disable-extensions` to check. --> Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes I searched for issues related to large files but they all seem to imply that the issues were fixed a long time ago and that loading large files *should* work fine today. Once the file is loaded, everything is snappy **except** resizing the window. Any attempt to resize the VS Code window will result in an even longer wait time than the initial load. On my computer (i7-7700 with 64GB of RAM SSD) it takes over a minute to open a 10MB log file. Given that I have seen other users indicate that (after previous bugfixes and performance improvements) they were able to open files that were hundreds of megabytes, I suspect that what I'm experiencing is unexpected behavior.
