About the filter behavior when entering Japanese into showQuickPick extension api.

Execute the following code in the extension vscode.window.showQuickPick(['abc/def.txt', 'abc/あ.txt']); As shown in the following figure, the effect on the two options seems to be different.  One disappears and one remains. I think the correct behavior is that both disappear or both remain.
