Wrong session restored after main window closed while another instance was running in debugger

The 'Help > Report Issue' dialog can assist with this. --> When VSCode launched another VSCode instance in debugger (developing an extension) and main window closed, it first closes main window and then debugging window. After that when VSCode launched again it restores session that was previously in debugging window, instead of expected main window session. P.S.
