New "initialSize" does not allow to fit the content

Type: <b>Bug</b> Issue #122283 had the request to be able to automatically adjust the height of a view to the content. In the proposal there was also the value "fit" that could have been passed. In the final implementation, however, you can only pass a variable of type number, which no longer solves the actual problem of the issue creator. Is there a reason for this? Could this still be reimplemented?
