VS Code is removed from anchor layout

I drag the VS Code program window into the layout anchor area and select several programs. 2. Then I minimize all programs by clicking the button in the lower right corner of the taskbar. 3. After that, I open a running program bundle and after the program VS Code will be removed from the binding layout. P.S.
