vscode.dev: webviews key shortcuts doesn't work as expected

Go to https://vscode.dev/ and open a webview such as Release Notes. 2. Try to close the editor by pressing ctrl + F4. --> This will close the IDE page instead of the webview tab. other shortcuts seems not to work as expected.
