Bracket pair colorization - options for showing

I would prefer to see it only when the editor caret position is adjacent to a bracket (and while typing), or if I have a bracket selected. What I'm suggesting would be a combination of the [bracket matching feature](https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/editor/editingevolved#_bracket-matching), which currently only outlines the matching bracket, and then would also color the bracket.
