"Runtime Status" tab in extension page should break down activation time to code loading + activate call + activate resolved time

In the Runtime Status tab of an extension page, once the extension has been activated, it shows the activation event and activation time. This is helpful, but I think it would be better if that activation time was broken down into code loading time + activate call time + activate resolved time. This information used to be available from "Show Running Extensions" -> Report Issue on an extension--the data would be put into the clipboard--but this is no longer available.
