Delay when switching between settings sections

Testing #153351 1. In the VS Code workspace 2. Open settings and search `@id:editor.wordWrap @lang:markdown` 3. Click on `User [markdown]` 4. Then click to switch to `Workspace [markdown]` **bug** For me, there is a second or so long delay when switching between setting sections.
