editor.actions.removeBrackets doesn't play well with Undo stack

With the cursor on a bracket, press Ctrl+Alt+Backspace to remove the bracket and its matching bracket. 2. Ctrl+Z to undo the change. No change, it takes two Ctrl+Z to actually undo and replace the brackets. On earlier Insiders builds, it took even more cycles before the brackets came back
