Quick pick label tooltips

Find an entry that is longer than the width of the quick pick 3. Discover that there is no way to see the full text of the entry Tooltips for quick pick descriptions were added in response to https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/101874. However, it was pointed out in https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/101874#issuecomment-655369751 that a solution is needed for the labels as well (as only labels are used in the command palette), but that comment appears to have been disregarded in the resolution to that issue.
