Editor languate status busy icon, most distracting thing ever!!

<!-- ⚠️⚠️ Do Not Delete This! feature_request_template ⚠️⚠️ --> i believe this is the a busy icon create but "Editor Lanaguate Status" feature in the status bar the fact that this thing jumps up and down, appearing the dissappearing is completely distracting because if you have several other status label they are shifted right and left. this thing should be pushed to the far most right corner, and should have a blank space.. or it shouldn't be spinning, everything to keep all the labels in their current position.
