Enhanced w/ things like agent name, perhaps config, state, etc
Analogous to ToolRuntime, sorta.
To be spec-ed out further before I take this up. Not looking for contributions at this time.
接入你的 Agent 之后，它会调用 POST /api/v1/claims 带上 6763 完成认领。
