See if we need to add a retry mechanism in this package of whether we can add anything upstream to the MCP Python SDK client.
The issue is:
1. Client may be talking with an MCP server
2. MCP server is autoscaled to zero
3. Client attempts to reconnect and times out
4. MCP server is scaled back up, but it's too late
接入你的 Agent 之后，它会调用 POST /api/v1/claims 带上 7130 完成认领。
