Add model metadata which indicated model purpose to /api/tags endpoint.

It would be nice if part of the **/api/tags** response detals would include metadata such as: `type: embedding | general | code | math | vision | audio` etc... `languages: [en-US, ...]` This could help with model sorting and selection. If metadata is not available maybe add an option to mark it with metadata by the user.
