mac app silently fails to install CLI link if /usr/local/bin/ missing

### What is the issue? Hi community, I have a MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1 and my Ollama version is 0.1.41. I moved the app to the Applications folder then run the app, click the Next button, then click the Install button to install the command line but nothing happens. I tried running as an admin but still faced the same problem. The temporary solution: `sudo cp /Applications/Ollama.app/Contents/Resources/ollama /usr/local/bin/` `sudo chmod +x /usr/local/bin/ollama` `ollama --version` ### OS macOS ### GPU AMD ### CPU Intel, AMD ### Ollama version 0.1.41
