Some APIs in registry.ollama returns 404

### What is the issue? We are going to replicate the model to our private local registry(Harbor), it seems that last week we could call these API ``` GET https://registry.ollama.ai/v2/ GET https://registry.ollama.ai/v2/_catalog GET https://registry.ollama.ai/v2/library/llama3/tags/list ``` Current all of these API returns 404, is there any change in the authentication? ### OS _No response_ ### GPU _No response_ ### CPU _No response_ ### Ollama version _No response_
