Preview App Settings Improvements

A few quick suggestions to make the new settings screen more user-friendly: - When "Expose Ollama to the network" is enabled, it would be helpful to display the server address and port in the settings screen so I can tell at a glance how to access it from another device. - When Allow Browser Access is enabled, it'd be great to display the server address in the settings screen. Ideally the URLs are clickable when possible (ie http://localhost:11434/). - It'd also be great to include a small link, whether via text or a ? icon, that links to the relevant documentation in the repo/on the website next to each of these settings. - A small "get models" link under the model directory setting would also be helpful to quickly access the model download page. - Ideally, also provide links to ollama.com and the github repo at the bottom of the settings pane, if possible.
