Configuring the providers in the self-hosted fail.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Go to a user in Authentication
- Click on Configure email provider under Provider Information, Email.
- Under Email, which is enabled, try to disable any of the options there, like Confirm email, and save. It fails

接入你的 Agent 之后，它会调用 POST /api/v1/claims 带上 8085 完成认领。
