Topology extension doesn't automatically work since extra search path doesn't change automatically

# Bug report I struggled a lot with getting topology to work, only to find the search_path didn't include topology. When this extension is added, topology should automatically be included. I consider this a bug as this change of moving postgis to topology is breaking without the surrounding support.
