Refactor: Extract local cell formatter from SelectorGrid into common components

### Description The `SelectorGrid` component in `apps/studio` currently uses a local `formatter` function to handle data display (formatting binary data, JSON, and nulls). There is a `TODO` comment in the file suggesting this should be moved to a common component. ### Proposed Solution Move the formatting logic into a new reusable component in the studio's grid system (e.g., `apps/studio/components/grid/components/formatter/SelectGridCellFormatter.tsx`). This will: 1. Reduce code duplication. 2. Improve maintainability of the `SelectorGrid` component. 3. Make the formatting logic available to other components using similar grid selection patterns. ### Affected Files - `apps/studio/components/interfaces/TableGridEditor/SidePanelEditor/RowEditor/ForeignRowSelector/SelectorGrid.tsx` ### Additional Context I am happy to work on this refactoring!
