Vercel / Supabase integration prefixes environmental variables with NEXT_PUBLIC which doesn't work for other frameworks

# Environmental variables prefix Vercel / Supabase integration prefixes environmental variables, and they can't be changed. Some of them start with NEXT_PUBLIC, but sveltkit $env/static/public only exposes variables with the PUBLIC prefix by default. Current solution is to re-export them but the integration probably shouldn't work like that?
