Restored project lacks postgres superuser privileges

Tried 3 completely different approaches: pushing local migration, applying directly in SQL Editor, and using the ClickHouse Wrapper UI. All 3 approaches failed with the error `Failed to run xxxxx: ERROR: 42501: permission denied to create foreign-data wrapper "clickhouse_wrapper" HINT: Must be superuser to create a foreign-data wrapper.` ## To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior, please provide code snippets or a repository: 1. Un-pause a project 2. Attempt to perform any action that requires superuser privileges, either programmatically or through the console. ## Expected behavior I should be able to invoke actions as the `postgres` superuser.
