🚀 Enhancement: Increase the word length of Team Role Parameter into 50 or 100

### 🔖 Enhancement description This might not be so priority. But I hope this kind of request will be considered. As of now adding a role it must contain 36 characters. But can we increase that into 50 or 100? ### 🎤 Pitch I inspired the pattern of Appwrite Event something like this 'databases.*.collections.*'. In my case, I am trying to adapt this pattern in team roles something like this "org.team.create". This is kind of role and permission label to specific team. sometimes it takes more than 36 char.
