🚀 Enhancement: Functions revamp, function-framework

### 🔖 Enhancement description Google uses function-framework for the runtime of its functions. It uses buildpack to pack them into containers and basically there are frameworks already existing. Would like appwrite to consider using the function-framework as its runtime as well.
