Run ESLint with eslint-plugin-react-compiler enabled on the code from the repro and observe an error "Writing to a variable defined outside a component or hook is not allowed. Consider using an effect". The error is caused by using `process.exitCode = 1` inside a `useCallback` hook, which does seem like a false positive. Or am I missing something?
