🚀 Feature: Register first before creating session in OATH2 or Phone

### 🔖 Feature description When we are login with OATH2 or PHone, even if they are not yet exist in backend, still the system automatically sign up that ouat2 or phone. ### 🎤 Pitch In my experience in firebase, you cant even use the login with OATH2 , they required to use the sign up with oath2 before login this provider. I want also that in appwrite have this mechanism.
