🐛 Bug Report: Functions build automatically after disconnecting Git

### 👟 Reproduction steps I connected Git to my functions to deploy them automatically but after disconnecting Git from all functions they still receive events from GitHub and create deployments when code is pushed. When Git was connected, sometimes one push created multiple deployments (with the same commit hash, see image below) instead of only one deployment. ### 👍 Expected behavior The functions do not build on push. ### 👎 Actual Behavior The functions build on push, multiple deployments are created and they never finish and are stuck on `processing`.    Same logs for all the function containers:  Uninstalling the GitHub App is the only thing that solves it.
