🚀 Enhancement: Speed up function builds by running in parallel

### 🔖 Enhancement description Run function builds in parallel (e.g. one worker for each core). ### 🎤 Pitch Currently when I deploy code on GitHub it automatically rebuilds all the functions (even if I only change the code for one of them), and it puts them all in one queue and builds them one by one, from oldest to newest. I have ~50 functions and it takes 10-30 seconds on each, around 10 minutes in total.
