Redirect api traffic from old slug to new slug

### Problem Statement When I want to change the slug of my organisation from A to B, I want to be able to let the API traffic send to slug A be redirected to new slug B. ### Solution Brainstorm Option to keep the old slug active until it has been switched off would be beneficial. ┆Issue is synchronized with this [Jira Improvement](https://getsentry.atlassian.net/browse/FEEDBACK-1702) by [Unito](https://www.unito.io)
