[Request] Remove/Increase the Dashboard Widgets Limit

### Problem Statement From @Lms24, > I’m maintaining a dashboard in the Sentry ... and I just reached the limit of how many widgets a dashboard can contain. My immediate reaction was that 30 widgets seems a little low as a limit. Fwiw, we’re tracking a lot of things in this dashboard so it might be more complex than the average board.
