Issue Activity: show reason why "Sentry marked (un)resolved"

### Environment SaaS (https://sentry.io/) ### Steps to Reproduce 1. Link Sentry Issue with Jira Issue. 2. Resolve or un-resolve Jira Issue. 3. Comment indicates WHY issue was resolved/unresolved e.g. "auto-resolve after X days", "linked Jira issue [link or name] was resolved", etc. 2.
