Alert Message Mismatch between Sentry and Microsoft teams integration

### Environment SaaS (https://sentry.io/) ### Steps to Reproduce We have encountered a situation where a user received an alert from the production environment, but the alert message contained data from the staging environment. The error itself in Sentry appears to be correct, indicating that the issue lies within the integration.
