LCP FIP CLS Metric Alerts give error when setting same value for Warning and Resolved when value is less than 1

### Environment SaaS (https://sentry.io/) ### Steps to Reproduce 1 . Create a LCP FIP or CLS Metric Alert 2. Input the same value for Warning and Resolved that is less than 1 (ie. 0.1) 3. Get Error message below.
