Issue Alerts - Add Searching and Ordering

### Problem Statement We currently offer next and prev buttons, but no way to efficiently find an issue through a large number of issues. This is often helpful for ensuring Alerts are working as expected and that they got triggered for a specific issue/event. <img width="1240" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/effe7a5c-cf28-4784-9834-2baa0c2e7bfd" /> ### Solution Brainstorm Allow searching and ordering of issues that have been triggered by an Alert. Add a search bar above the issues section for basic searching options, such as [issue properties](https://docs.sentry.io/concepts/search/searchable-properties/issues/): issue, id, title, message, and error type. Additionally, the columns: alerts, events, and last triggered could allow for ordering on click (ascending or descending). ### Product Area Alerts
