Team management sorting and filtering

### Problem Statement **Problem:** We have teams with large numbers of users (1,000+). The current "Teams" page makes management fairly difficult. For example, if you want to see who is administrating the team you have to either visually scan each page or use the API and grep for administrators. Use cases that are currently affected: 1. Identifying team admins 2. Searching for a specific team member to check for membership and/or team role This creates somewhat of a security problem - it's important to easily understanding who is an admin. **Proposed Solution:** 1. Add a filtering option to the columns. 2. Split the email and name into distinct columns.
